I have not driven for about 6 years and before that I had full N.C.D.on my insurance for 9 years, what I would like to know is if I start back driving would I need to start from 0 N.C.D. .Please could you let me now. Mr Steven Hodge. I was with Hedges and Rose insurance for over 10 years and I have no convictions or points on my Licence.
