Looking to appy to local council for a building permission to build a garage next to our home. We would like it to be 4meters high replacing the existing shed at the side of the house on the driveway. Time wise any Fri pm or Saturday is ideal for us. We are flexible as to exact drawings details etc. Duty planning officer we talked to said we need a rough drawing of 1/100 not exact drawing so just need to get the balls rolling asap.
