29 Hill Street, Montrose is a three storey tenement property with front and rear guttering requiring cleaning out and possibly some minor repairs. This may be a scaffolding job. The property is a communal residential one and I as resident/owner of 29A usually undertake organising the maintenance, presenting quotes to the other others/agents and then instructing the work. Payment is made by myself and then I receive contributions from the other owners. As a separate job for myself alone I would like a quote for fitting a 'granny' to my own chimney whilst the scaffolding is up anyway.
