We have ben donated a Signed England Rugby Shirt to auction at our Annual Charity Ball in July. However we believe that it would add value if it were Framed. The Charity was set up following the death of our Daughter Sarah who died from a brain tumour aged 27 years old. All proceeds from the charity events go to brain tumour research Could you please quote for this work assuming that this is work that you are able to offer.
