We're moving to a new build property in Medburn in January 2020. We're looking for a firm to potentially undertake the following works to a rear garden (which will be handed over from builder as un-turfed soil, level ground, fully fence enclosed). Access will be via gate to side of house. Skips / vans can be parked on drive off road. Rear garden area is approx. 15m x 18m (270 sq mtrs). Could we have quotes to undertake the following works as discrete quotes please? 1. Fully turf whole garden area, except for a three sided border left un turfed 1m from fence. 2. Fully turf but also provide 3no. raised flower beds in railway sleeper 'containers'. Sleeper containers to be 2 sleepers long, half a sleep wide & 3 sleepers high. Provide paving to flower beds. 3. As 2 but also provide 4m x 4m hardstanding for shed. Paving to be provided to hardstand.
