Litigation as ex partner has already blackened my name in court by claiming i stole family items from him. need mediation without paying very high fees. I have a foster child and cannot afford to have my name blackened. also it could be argued that 50% belongs to me and 50% to mr hulbert as whilst i hold a considerable amount of receipts i cannot prove every single item is mine and neither can he. Strictly speaking he should not be using his barrister to make slanderous remarks about me and visa versa as a family solicitor should be able to determine who owns what.
