Closed Shoe Repairs

I have a pair of suede Nike Janoski trainers that have a couple of holes in them and im wondering how much it would be to repair. I have two large holes, all the way through on the left shoe and a smaller one on the right as well as another large hole on the left that shows the under fabric.
