Hi, I am looking for a venue to hold Team East Lothian Athletics Club Awards Night in late October, early December. We would be looking at around 150 people and perhaps a small basic buffet with a bar open to purchase drinks (tea and coffee is always requested too). There will be under 18 year olds at the event. Usual timings are 6pm - 9pm and normally on a Tuesday evening. We are a registered Charity. Can you give me some information and rough costs please. Many thanks Lynda
