Closed Washing Machine Repair

Washing machine stopped mid cycle. Full of water and washing, will only fill further and not drain and door is obviously locked, even when machine is switched off completely. Tried just pumping out the water programme but it will not drain just makes a humming noise but not movement at all. Not sure who to ring as no guarantee etc. Thanks!
