On 12/10/19 we will be holding a charity event and require catering. The event s in aid of the charity Beat, supporting those affected by eating disorders and campaigning to raise awareness for the illnesses. Conventional caterers are struggling to fit in our budget of under £9 per head so we are now considering using a local takeaway to provide food. This would be for 50-75 guest and food would need to be delivered and hot on arrival. We would offer guest 2-4 choices from the chosen vender’s menu and put the orders in in however much time the vender requires. Would this be possible for you to do? To deliver 50-75 meals together, hot with advance notice? Drinks, cutlery and plates would not be require as we have these arranged. Food would be ideally delivered at about 8pm/8:30pm. Thanks!
