I have had trouble with my neck and back for many years now. I am experiencing at worst unbearable pain on the left side of my neck doing down into my shoulder. I believe its muscular as it goes completely hard like cramping and spasm where i cant move my neck more than 45 degrees. I am looking for instant relief and exercises to carry out. Thank you.
