Hi I have had lessons before but they were in 1999! I am now 45 and I would describe myself as a good driver once I get back into the swing of it. I had actually passed my theory test (only got 2wrong) I was ready to take my driving test but due to a personal issue I had to stop having lessons and the theory test certificate ran out and it just came to nothing. I think once I get back to driving a car my needs will be more centred on reverse parking and 3 point turns and hill stop starts. I call these clutch control and maybe the methods taught are different now and I use the going down of the gears to slow for corners so I am in the right gear when cornering. I give an example of the corner at the end of marine parade Gorleston as one( car park end)) Thank you Alan
