I felt a ping in my back 4 days ago,collapsed to the floor and been painful ever since.Twinges which stops me in my tracks,can’t lay down as painful to get up.Ibruprofen,paracetamol and over counter codiene not working.GP prescribed up to 60 mg codiene now and amitryptilynne.Most pain when moving position and also pain in back of thighs when standing.Many people have advised a chiropractor.
