Hi my gp has diagnosed me with a trapped nerve in my lower back caused by a slipped disc. I’ve had this problem for 4 months now and I can no longer cope with the pain, it’s affecting my feet and I can’t walk properly. They referred me to hydrotherapy which I can not physically attend. I’m just enquiring to see if you can help. Thank you
