Hi I have recently drinking and other stuff ¿¿ too often than I would like to but I can’t help it.. I don’t wake up thinking about it as I have 3 children but I do want to do it once it turns 11am which is not good as I have had a bad past of drink and drugs. I know I am not an addict but I do feel that I need help...
