Closed Cable & Wire drawstring installation

Looking for a company that can lay a drawstring, I guess using a long glass fibre rod, through an existing, but possibly damaged, pre-laid duct some 350yds under a dirt track private road. The installation date is not critical but this site will only accept an actual date.
