TAXI Hi, My name is Sharon Wells and I am the Administrator for DORSET LEARNING DISABILITY SERVICES, LEONARD CHESHIRE, in Weymouth and Dorchester and our service users have learning and physical disabilities. We are looking at a regular contract for the journeys below and are hoping to get a discount with regular uses and require two quotes please. Holten Lee (pottery)- BH16 6JN for one service user who can sometimes be anxious and unsettled and show abnormal behaviour and 2 staff, he is used to a 7seater van and being sat at the back. Weekly on a Tuesday leaving around 10am returning around 14.30 A farm on Hurst Rd – (Walled gardens) DT2 8RH (just inside the turning off the main road) for 2 service users and 2 staff 7seater van, again one of then likes to be sat at the back. Fortnightly on a Wednesday leaving around 10am returning 11.30 Rosewell farm, DT3 6HA on the smugglers road this can be a car with one service user and 1 staff 9.30am tbc returning 1 hr later LCD offices Charlton Down (Art) DT2 9RL for 2 service users and 2 staff 7 seater, again one likes to be at the back.
