I'm buying a house which is currently empty. I want to get the boiler & central heating inspected to make sure they're working properly. There are also 2 gas fires at the house which I want checked for safety. I don't intend to use them, so I'd like to get a quote for having them removed & the supply capped (to be done after the purchase is complete).
