There is a back granite wall in situ as well as 1 side which has double pvc doors the opposite side requires a wall to be built which would be a shared wall with my next door neighbor. The front would require folding doors to allow a complete open front onto a level with an existing patio The roof would need windows which could allow maximum warm air escape during the warm periods.
