I am looking for someone to provide a quote for a 4 bedroom detached property in Craigmarloch which has no house alarm. I would require an outside box display so that it is evident that an alarm is in place which either flashes or emits an audible alarm but can be reset from a control panel. 2 sensors downstairs, one near the front and rear of the property. Access is via a front door entering a porch which does not need covered. There is an internal main door leading to a hall and kitchen. Then through to a main lounge/dining area leading to an extended part of the property towards the rear providing a sitting room with rear locked patio doors. (I would like this area covered in case access is gained from this area. Ideally one sensor towards the front and one for the rear). Upstairs i would require one sensor for the long hallway and possibly covering the front bedroom. Nothing too difficult just a simple alarm system for us to operate - no contract re monthly fees and no additional monitoring contract - just a house alarm that emits an audible alarm if the security is overcome.
