Scaffolding to paint house, including chimneys...painter says he does not need scaffolding to paint chimneys, as he can run a ladder! He just needs access. Looking to get this job done June/July/August when painter can do work, he is not certain of date. I am the house owner, but live elsewhere. Name Ian Mant.
