I own my own home. My home is semi-detatched. I am wanting a single level extension to run the entire back of the house, approx 18ft and 14-16ft wide. The attention is to be crafted in red brick to match the house. I would want the foundations to be dug to such a depth as to accommodate an additional upper storey at a later date.
