General Remove internal doors Remove internal wood work i.e skirting boards, architrave, hand rails Remove all blinds, curtains and curtain poles Remove all light fittings Ground Floor Entrance Kitchen Remove all kitchen cupboards and appliances Remove wall tiles Remove boxing for the electric meter Remove W/C and whole of internal wall Lounge General Remove door frame leading to basement Basement Remove small false ceiling above basement external door Bedroom 3 (basement) Remove shelving in closet Bedroom 3 ensuite Remove bath, sink and toilet Remove wall tiles Upper Floor Entrance Stairs Remove the carpet Remove parcel shelf and frame above front door Bedroom 1 (master) Remove the carpet and grippers Remove the kitchen cupboards and appliances Remove wall tiles Remove stair bulkhead Bedroom 2 Remove shelf in closet Bedroom 2 ensuite Remove the bath, sink and toilet Remove the wall tiles Remove half of stud wall (leave straight part nearest to bathroom window) External Remove outbuilding and clean bricks for re-use.
