I want a proposal for an extension work that should include a separate front room and a study at the ground floor. And a bedroom and a bathroom on the fist floor. The extensions are to be built where a garage is at present and the area measures 4 m x 8 m. Regards

    Teresa Hall, posted on Monday 28 July 2014 Well, I guess I would like two things from you: 1) Plans to submit to the Council for planning permission to make sure that I can extend before I buy the house 2) Estimate of how much would the extension cost in two stages, one ground floor and two upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Kitchens and bathrooms can add a lot if you go for top of the range. Costs for survey existing plans and drawings for planning permission can range from £850 to around £1500 depending on complexity [email protected]
