Have received cancer treatment and been left with several health problems since surgery/chemo. Have been off work 12 mnths from Russell's Hall Hosp and had a horrendous sick interview due to their wanting me to give a date for my return to work and I couldn't say when. I stupidly put a comment on Facebook and my colleagues responded to support me. As my privacy settings were so only folk on my friends list could view them it seems one of my friends showed it to management. They in turn printed the page and we are now under disciplinary action for amongst other things bringing the Trust into disrepute. Is it legal for them to print this. Also we have all been sent written details of our fact finding interview which we are due to return by 31 st July. I have been advised to let someone go through this document for me as some of the things are not right. Plead advise what action I can take.
