Closed Colonic Irrigation

I am suffering from faecal loading and severe constipation and am having to take drastic measures (Picolax and Movicol in large quantities) to try to relieve it. I was wondering if colonic irrigation coupled with a stomach massage may help me. I am 72 years old and female. I suffer from CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) for which I take several drugs to try to alleviate the pain -all of which cite constipation as a side effect. I am otherwise in good health and try to keep myself for by swimming daily and Pilates. Please advise. Many thanks Patricia Sly
