Back needs cracked /readjusted severely, consistent agony and cracking and pops on a daily basis ever morning and every night, tight stiff pain at bottom of the spine, and across shoulder blades, work as a chef and constantly on my feet, but increasingly becoming difficult to make the smallest of manoeuvres. Hips starting to feel tight and pains go down legs more.
