Dear Sirs, As the site manager for Hadlow College Canterbury I am looking for a suitable venue close to CT1 for our student presentation day on Wednesday 10th July from 10am – 12pm. We would be expecting 200 guests and would need access to a microphone and PA system for speeches and announcements as well as a table situated on the stage for distinguished guests. If possible could you provide me with a rough quotation (if you are able to fit us in on that day) and also let me know when would be a suitable time to come down and view the venue if this is the case.
