I have a Toshiba 32" lcd tv that has not been used much but was always on standby. I noticed the red light indicating it was on standby is no longer illuminated. I changed the fuse in the plug but still didn't go on. From checking online I believe there is a capacitor that needs changed but obviously couldn't say that 100% for sure. Looking for it to be repaired
