Closed Puncture repair

A possible puncture repair as i have a nail in the tyre. Its fairly central and on the rear. The tyre does not appear to be losing pressure but that's with the nail still in place. The vehicle is a Peugeot 3008 GV17 URB, its an off side rear tyre.
