Closed Sewage Cleanup

I need sewage cleaned up which has been 'forced' into a covered area at the side of my house. The sewage is from my neighbour, who has had a blockage 'cleared from his sewage/waste pipe that runs down the entry next to my home. The area is approx. 3/4 metres square. When approached my neighbour said It's on your property your responsible, I am considering option but do need to get it cleaned I consider it a health hazard. Is this the sort of situation you deal with? If not can you recommend someone? I live in Avery road, Sutton Coldfield B73 6QF. Thank you. Robert Din
