I am due to have an operation on my foot, I will need to get a taxi to work 2 to 3 times a week for approximately 12 weeks. This will be funded by a grant from the Department for Works and pensions. I work for MOD and will need to travel from Bath Road (Saltford end) to my offices near Parkway station. DWP has asked me to provide them with a full quote which includes VAT and any admin costs prior to awarding the grant. After the initial 12 weeks there will be a 6 - 8 week gap while I have the operation on the right foot, then I will need a further 12 weeks of taxis.
