I have two steakhouse restaurants one in Sunderland and one in Cumbria and as a butcher and a chef I’m looking to buy the full choice with sirloin rump and fillet and im enquiring about a price aswell as whole fillets per kg if possible, I normally go through two choice per week in the winter going up to 7 or 8 per week in the summer months.
