We will be in Skye from 31 july to 3 August 2019 and are trying to determine the best way to get to Liverpool from Portree on 3 August 2019. We thought that a taxi from Portree to Armadale and Ferry to Mallaig and train from Mallaig was an option. Could you please advise what would it cost for a taxi from Portree to Armadale on a Saturday morning in early August? Do you recommend this approach to the journey or bus to Fort William and then train? Thank you
