Looking for a legal representative in Colne as I am unable to travel to the UK from Spain. 1. Need them to contact my Estate Agent in person, give notice of cancellation of my contract with them, collect my property keys. 2. Give access to a potential buyer to my property for evaluation. 3. Hold the keys until the property is sold. 4. Cancel utility services. 5. Represent me for the sales process. 6. Possibly other services which I am probably unaware of at the moment.
