We have a small and simple job. It's in a very small downstairs toilet- with- washbasin space. We need a half room--height behind the toilet panel, with a shelf on top, which will box in some unsightly pipes and will have a small door inset to access stop cock. Up against this panel a new back-to wall toilet and cistern will be set. The panel will be tiled to half height like the rest of the walls when all is finished, so (shelf excepted) the material will not be seen.
