Remove wooden fence panels and posts and eave on site for disposal. Install 17 concrete posts 9' length approx with 12" gravel boards and 5' close boarded panels 6' wide to give a fence 6' in height. 16 metres of fence may require temporary security fencing on neighbours land to secure their dogs, depending on the outcome of negotiations with neighbours. Land is clay which tends to move, therefore adequate depth is required for posts.
