Closed Vertical blinds need different fittings changed from being fixed to the window frame to being fixed to the window ceiling above

Hi. I have vertical blinds fitted throughout the house and I am having new windows fitted in a couple of weeks. The original fittings for the blinds are screwed into the actual window frames and I would now like to have them fitted onto the area above the window. Please give me your best quote first time.
