I am looking for someone to clear my 2015 Macbook Air of (what I assume is) a virus issue. We've tried the obvious things and followed instructions off IT websites but haven't been able to shift whatever the issue is. Random things pop up on the screen quite regularly, tabs close down and it almost seems like i'm not in control of the computer! The disk space has also completely disappeared and you can no longer view what is stored in the 'other' section of the laptop. Thanks, Emma
