We own a rental property, a bungalow, in Lower Kingswood. The tenants have reported problems with the wall between the property and adjoining waste ground, which is showing damage and cracks; to a large patio and its retaining wall; and to surrounding steps and paving in the garden. We have a Structural Engineer's report and also an insurance-related report on the damage and what needs to be done to repair it. Since the problems do not result from subsidence, they are not covered under the insurance policy and we are therefore seeking quotations for the necessary work.
