Dear Sir / Madam Would you please give us a price for dealing with the conveyancing on a flat we are selling. The flat is situated in Twickenham. Is Lease hold. No mortgage. Jointly owned with my wife. Although I don't see why it makes any difference to the work involved the price is normally asked. It is £395,000 but I doubt if we will achieve that much.
