Had lower back pain for about 4weeks but then for the last 5 days I have also had the pain down my right leg and some times in my right groin Went to doctors 2 week ago and he gave me Cocodamol and Ibuprofen gel but doesn’t seem to have much effect. I have been using hot water bottle all the time as this seems to be the only relief I get.
