I am having problems with bad condensation and ice on a recently fitted set of patio doors alluminium threshold. The door fitter is insistant that the cross section drawing of the threshold supplied by the door manufacturer shows it has a thermal break whereas myself and others say it does not. I am in need of a expert report to clarify this situation.
