I have hip pain on the left and then have a sharp pain occasionally in my right lower back, next to my spine. I lost my husband last year, as he died at home i provided a bit of cpr and then I had to move him, but i took alot of his weight. Every now and again these pains flare up. My most concerned is the sharo back pain, the hip is an ache, which I think I hurt when I was a teenager, as it's never been right since a high school incident. Is there any treatment that would help me?
