I have been suffering from anxiety and stress for 5 years now and I am pulling my hair out trying to get help from doctors but to no avail they are just giving me tablets that make me sick to my stomach I keep telling them but they just keep prescribing them to me, I am at my wits end, and now they have sent me to mantle health and that’s been no help what’s so ever, I don’t have much but so maybe you can help me please.
