I have had a deep corn, maybe even corns for years which I have tried and tried to get rid of. After a broken leg many years ago my balance on walking is not quite right. I suffer from a chronic back condition and arthritis and my mobility is deteriorating, not helped by this painful corn on the ball of my left foot. I also find it very difficult now to even reach this foot or trim my nails on either.
