I need some drawings done for an extension to the side of my house at 1 Spring Gardens Washington. It would comprise of an entrance hall and small cloakroom and an upstairs bathroom. I have had a builder out to look at the site and he is ready to undertake the work. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Peter Wilson, posted on Monday 28 July 2014 Dear Mrs Hale I have not had a reply to my email and do not normally give a price for drwaings without seeing the property, however, assuming there are no major complication I charge £700 for the drawings an application to town planning and a similar amout for building regulations.
