We need to find someone to give a full assessment of an elderly friend, Pat Talfourd, who is currently staying at Thornfields Care Home, in Seaton. We need to assess if she is able to improve her mobility sufficiently so that she could stand and walk with the help of only one person. If she could stand and walk, then she could go home with a full-time carer, which is what she says that she wants. Doctor Kinder from Sidmouth, Pat's Doctor, has made this suggestion. We have power of atourney and authority to pay for any time you are able to spend with Pat, you may wish to assess her over several visits. Many thanks for your help, Christine and Simon Horth.
