I am hoping to complete the purchase of the property in the next couple of days, and will require building insurance and a content insurance of £15,000. The cost of the house was £113,000 and it is a 3 bedroom detached property. It will not be occupied initially as there is building work to be undertaken on it, but I hope to move in to the property in around March 2019.
