Hi I work for Consensus and we are looking to hold Coffee Mornings for our new staff on a quarterly basis, the first one being 12th February 2019. The people we support have learning disabilities and in addition may have mobility or communication problems. As It is important to us that we involve our Supported Individuals in these meetings, we require a venue with wheelchair/disabled access to the building. If your venue meets our requirements could you please provide a quote? • Wheelchair/Disabled access • Up to 30 people • Informal meeting (chairs and tables for a coffee morning) • Access to a kitchen to make coffee etc (Urn/kettle/Mugs) (will bring own coffee etc) • Date – 12th Feb (although can be flexible on this) then quarterly – May, Aug, Nov. • Time – 9am-12.30pm or 1pm Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any further information.
